Refund policy

 At Luxvo Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To request a return, contact us at support@luxvo.store with your order number. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Digital products and sale items are non-refundable.
